Service Scope
I act as an independent travel advisor providing trip planning, recommendations, and booking assistance. I do not own, operate, or control the suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour companies) used in your bookings. Each supplier is responsible for its own products, services, and policies.
Payments & Fees
Any service or planning fees will be communicated in advance. Final payments for travel services are subject to the terms of the specific supplier(s) involved.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation policies vary by supplier. It is your responsibility to review and understand these policies before finalizing a booking. I will assist in facilitating cancellations or changes when possible but am not responsible for supplier penalties or fees.
Liability
Wander with Kaitlyn LLC and Wanderoso Travel Network are not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers, nor for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, strikes, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Travel Documents & Requirements
Travelers are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations, etc.) and for complying with entry requirements of each destination.
